Green Heart Gala - Wish List 

Help make this year’s Green Heart Gala a huge success!
Consider donating an item from our “WISH LIST”.  Even if you cannot attend this year’s Gala, you can help ensure its success through a donation.
All donors will be listed in our Green Heart Gala Program/Catalogue Booklet.

There are three ways to help with the WISH LIST:

• Select, purchase, and donate an item from the WISH LIST and get it to us by July 1
• Select an item from the WISH LIST, make a monetary donation, and let us do the shopping for you!
• Too many items to choose from?  Make a monetary donation and we’ll purchase the item needed most!

All donations (monetary or purchase value of auction items)
are tax-deductible as allowed by law

If you choose to make a monetary donation and to have US do the shopping for you,
follow these simple steps:

1. Review the WISH LIST and choose the item(s) you would like to donate (contact Deb Ansay, if needed, with any questions about the WISH LIST or prices of items).
2. Make a monetary donation for the item.  You can make the donation using our Green Heart Gala Online Donation Form, or by downloading the Printable Donation Form along with payment by check or credit card, or by calling the LACS Office where a staff member will take your donation and payment information over the phone (262-476-5086).
3. A member of our Acquisition Committee will shop for the item you requested.
4. Your name will be listed in the Green Heart Gala Program/Catalogue booklet as the donor of the item.  If you prefer to remain anonymous, you can be listed as “A Friend of the Green Heart Gala”.
