Donate an Artifact or Archival Item

The LACS Museum and Research Center Collections continue to grow thanks to the generous donation of artifacts and archival items
by LACS members and friends of the LACS.

Artifacts

The LACS is the perfect repository for treasured artifacts.  Donated artifacts that reflect the scope of the society’s collection are welcome and enhance the collection.  In keeping with museum standards, gift agreements are completed for all donated artifacts.

Archival Items

The LACS Research Centeris the largest research center of its kind outside of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.  The LACS gladly accepts donations of archival items including, but not limited to, obituaries, news clippings, newspapers, prayer cards, photographs/postcards, family group sheets, family histories, genealogies, maps/plats, probate records, deeds/astracts, scrap books, local-county-church history books, audio/visual material, etc.

Items can be donated or photocopied/scanned.  In keeping with museum standards, gift agreements are completed for all donated archival items.
