Mission

     The mission of the Luxembourg American Cultural Society is to interpret and portray, both past and present Luxembourg heritage and culture, and to serve as an ongoing link between the people of America and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

      The LACS is a not-for-profit, 501(c) (3) membership organization that is governed by a board of directors. The mission of the society is carried out by society members, a professional staff and dedicated volunteers.

Activities

• Sponsorship of the Luxembourg American Cultural Center
• Foster pride in Luxembourg heritage and culture
• Provide educational opportunities for all ages
• Preservation of treasured family heirlooms and artifacts
• Preservation of archival and genealogical material
• Promotion of Luxembourg culture and traditions
• Promotion of the arts from Luxembourg and America
• Promotion of commerce, trade and tourism between Luxembourg and America
• Foster ongoing relationships between the people of Luxembourg and America
• Serve as a resource for all Luxembourg societies throughout America
